Let’s start off with the big question, “What is Corporate Training?” In simple terms, it is a typical classroom type of training, designed to improve the skills and performance of the workers. These programs usually include a set of sessions which help workers enhance their skills or acquire new skills. A few jobs may require a hands-on or practical approach with new machines, software and so on, to help workers cope with updates in the tasks and processes at the workplace.
